TMCEC’s March 2021 issue of The Recorder is now available in electronic format. This academic year marks the 30th anniversary of TMCEC’s journal. Back in 1991, TMCEC debuted its first edition (originally called the Municipal Court Reporter). The March 2021 issue pays tribute to the past 30 years of publication with an article on the first issue of the journal, including a picture of the 1991 TMCA Board of Directors.
