Reminder: What Information TMCEC Shares with Exhibitors and How to Opt Out

Attention, Judges and Court Personnel:

As first announced this summer, TMCEC, effective September 1, 2022, has a new policy regarding what information is shared with exhibitors regarding participants at TMCEC events.

Under the new policy, exhibitors are provided a list of registered participants. The list contains participants’ (1) names, (2) offices held, and (3) the cities they represent. This information is generally shared with exhibitors a week prior to the event.

If you do not want to have this information shared with exhibitors, now is a good time to opt out.

Opting out is as easy as checking a box on your electronic TMCEC profile:

  1. Visit register.tmcec.com.
  2. Log into your account using your username and password.  
  3. Under the “Communications” tab, scroll down to “Exhibitor Information” and check the box next to “Do Not Share.”
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
