Connect with Texas Municipal Court Professionals
TMCEC welcomes exhibitors to join us at select educational programs throughout the year. Exhibiting at a TMCEC event is an opportunity to connect with municipal judges, court personnel, and other professionals from across Texas while sharing resources, products, and services that may benefit their courts and communities.
Exhibitor Information
The exhibitor fee is $700 per event, unless otherwise noted below. TMCEC affiliates, state agencies, and select nonprofit organizations may be exempt from the fee with approval from the TMCEC Executive Director.
Concurrent or consecutive programs held at the same conference site are considered one event for exhibitor fee purposes.
What Registered Exhibitors Receive
Registered exhibitors receive:
- A participant roster before the event, including participant name, position, and city represented. Participants may opt out of inclusion on the roster.
- An assigned exhibit space. TMCEC will request a skirted table and chairs from the event venue. If the venue charges a separate fee for exhibit tables, the exhibiting organization is responsible for paying that fee directly to the venue.
Approximately two weeks before the event, TMCEC will send additional confirmation and event information, including the participant roster and agenda.

After submitting your registration form, please mail a check for the applicable exhibitor fee, payable to Texas Municipal Courts Education Center, to:
