Effective September 25, 2024:
- There will be a $700 exhibitor fee per event (this is a change) unless otherwise noted. TMCEC affiliates, state agencies, and select non-profit organizations may be exempt from the fee upon approval by the TMCEC Executive Director. Concurrent or consecutive programs (e.g., judges and clerks) at the same conference site are considered a single event for exhibitor fee purposes.
- Prior to each event, participant rosters (name, position, and city represented) will be made available to registered exhibitors. Participants may opt out of having their information included on this roster.
- Exhibitor organizations will be featured on the TMCEC mobile app.
- TMCEC will request that the event venue provide skirted tables and chairs, which will be set up and assigned to all registered exhibitors prior to the start of each event. (Note, however, some hotels may charge a fee for exhibit tables. The exhibiting organization will be responsible to cover this cost directly with the conference site.)
- A new page on the TMCEC website is dedicated to exhibitors: www.tmcec.com/exhibitors. Here, you may register to exhibit at upcoming events through a Google Form link.
- TMCEC’s Exhibitor Guidelines have been updated on the exhibitor webpage.
Once you have filled out the Google Form, please send a check (made payable to Texas Municipal Courts Education Center) for $700 to TMCEC, Attn: Exhibitor Department, 2210 Hancock Dr., Austin, TX 78756.
