This guide is intended to be a resource for muicipal court clerks in their daily jobs, and also as a study aid to help clerks prepare for the Level II exam.  The best way to prepare for the exam is to read and answer the questions for each section of the study guide, then review the answers in the back of the chapter.  Each chapter also contains a glossary of terms that may appear on the exam.
