The Municipal Court Clerk Procedures & Reference Guide, published by the Texas Court Clerks Association, is similar to the judge's Bench Book, and is geared toward educating court administrators, court clerks, and deputy court clerks.  It is available through the Texas Court Clerks Association. $35.00.

The Quick Trial Reference and Rules of Evidence handbooks were created to condense critical information for conducting a bench or jury trial.  Extra copies may be obtained by contacting TMCEC at 800.252.3718. $10.00 each.
 


The Texas Class C Misdemeanors handbook is the latest in this series, and represents an effort to compile all of the Class C, fine-only criminal offenses in the State.  It also includes the base court costs for such offenses (effective January 1, 2008).  The Texas Class C Misdemeanors handbook is available exclusively online and TMCEC seminars in 2008. $10.00.




The Texas Municipal Courts Financial Management Handbook, published by the Texas Court Clerks Association, was written to help court clerks handle the management of municipal court monies, budgeting, audits, and partial payments by defendants.  It is available at the TMCEC conferences or through the Texas Court Clerks Association. $35.00.
