1. What do I need in order to run a Webinar on my computer?

2. How do I know if my computer will be able to support the Webinar program?
From the http://tmcec.premiereglobal.com, click on the Support tab, click the Run System Test button to test your system. The Run System Test button is also available from the Join Conference page, and in conference invitation email messages.
3. I cannot hear the presentation, what should I do?
Be sure that you have dialed into the Conference on your phone line as well. The phone number is 800-914-3320 and the passcode is 2991907.
4. I am a clerk, does a Webinar count toward certification hours?
Yes. Please request a certification hour form from tmcec@tmcec.com if you were not emailed one prior to the Webinar. Forms can be faxed to TMCEC at 512-435-6118. Please remember that certification hours are only granted for persons viewing the Webinar live, rather than through the archives.
5. I am an attorney, may I claim CLE for a Webinar?
It depends. Certain legal topics have been approved for CLE credit, while less-legal topics will not. You may request a CLE number for a Webinar you attended from tmcec@tmcec.com. Using the CLE number, you may claim credit for attendance online at texasbar.com, My Bar Page. Please remember that CLE hours are only granted for persons viewing the Webinar live, not archived.
6. My computer seems to reject the program, or I forgot my password; who can help?
All technical support questions should be directed to Premiere Global, Inc., the Webinar program provider. Their toll free phone number is 877.470.2255.
7. I lost or did not receive the invitation email. How do I join the conference?
You may go to tmcec.premiereglobal.com and click the Join Live Conference button, then enter your name, email, and the passcode.
8. What happens if I get disconnected from the conference? Will it end?
No. If you are disconnected, you may dial back into the conference. When a disconnection occurs, the conference tries to reconnect you automatically first. If you see a Reconnect button on your Live Conference Toolbar, clicking that will attempt to reconnect you as well. Finally, if the connection cannot be re-established, a page will display instructions to relaunch your browser to get back into the conference.
9. When may I join the Webinar on the day it is scheduled?
You can join up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
10. Why didn't I receive an evaluation form at the end of the Webinar?
The evaluation form only pops up if you click the Leave Conference button in the top right hand corner of the Live Conference interface. If you close the conference window entirely, you may not receive an evaluation form.
