TMCEC's Annual Municipal Prosecutors Conference is the only seminar in the state specifically designed to assist prosecuting attorneys in obtaining and maintaining professional competence in the prosecution of cases governed by Chapter 45 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Credit:

15.0 hours = all sessions on all 3 days, including pre-conference and debriefing session

13.5 hours = pre-conference on Day 1, 8-5 on Day 2, and 8-12 on Day 3

12.0 hours = 8-5 and debriefing (5:05-6:35) on Day 2 and 8-12 on Day 3

10.5 hours = 8-5 on Day 2 and 8-12 on Day 3
