2010 Municipal Traffic Safety Initiatives Conference Brochure

Municipal Judges, Clerks and City Officials are invited to attend. The conference will be at the Omni 4 Riverway Hotel in Houston, Texas. Priority will be given to those who did not attend the 2008 or 2009 Municipal Traffic Safety Initiatives Conferences. Space permitting, registrations will be opened on April 1, 2010 to include all prior participants.

This varied six hour session will cover different, but related, impaired driving issues. The participant will look at issues surrounding repeat and hardcore drunk drivers, the conundrum of the co-occurring mental health and substance abuse using defendant, effective sentencing options for juveniles and various prevention programs.
